A classic combination of smoked fish, lemon, herbs, creamy ricotta and silky pasta is taken to another level by the incredible produce of our region. We’ll bring you whatever seasonal fish The Bay Smokehouse has pulled out of the smoker, along with some Cheeses Loves You cheese, Byron Gourmet Pasta’s perfect fettuccini and locally grown herbs. Round out the dish with seasonal greens and a cheeky little pop of peas and you’re sure to finish dinner with a smile on your face.
