We sure do, especially when we can take our pick of some cracking good snags from Hayters Hill Butchery (with local honey and pecans no less), a juicy cut of lamb from Boorabee Dorper, finger-licking chicken wings via Brooklet Springs Farm, a sensational chorizo made by Esperanza Farm or the best tempeh we’ve ever had thanks to Byron Bay Tempeh. If you think that choice is tough, you still need to decide what sauce you want: Wattle Tree Creek’s Bush Fire Capsicum Chilli Jam, their Quandong Mango Chutney or Blue Kitchen Gourmet’s Smokey Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Whatever you choose, we’ll also bring you some market fresh vegetables to throw on the barbie, ingredients for a simple side salad and of course, some great sourdough bread to make this a complete feast.
